Exact quantities, then the method.
Brew Twinings Raspberry and Lemon strong, chill it hard, and it becomes a bright pink spritz that needs no cordial: the fruit tea is already doing the work. A squeeze of lemon and a top of soda are all it asks for.

Makes two tall glasses. Build over plenty of ice and add the soda last.
You'll need
- 3 tea bags of Twinings Raspberry and Lemon
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 200ml chilled soda water
- 1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced
- A handful of fresh raspberries
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Brew strong: steep the 3 bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes, then lift them out.
- Stir in the honey while warm if you want it sweeter, then leave to cool and chill.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the chilled tea over, leaving room at the top.
- Add the juice of half the lemon, top each with chilled soda water, and stir gently.
- Finish with lemon slices and a few raspberries, and serve straight away.
- Muddle a few raspberries in the glass first for colour and real fruit.
