Honey and ginger is the cup to reach for when you want something warm and gently sweet. The blend already carries honey, so a five-minute steep in just-boiled water gives you a warm brew with a clean ginger kick, no caffeine and no fuss. A slice of lemon sharpens it if you fancy.

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Honey and Ginger
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A little honey or a slice of lemon, to taste (optional)
Method
- Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Steep for 5 minutes, longer for a bolder, gingerier brew.
- Lift out the bag, add a little extra honey or a slice of lemon if you like, and enjoy.
- The honey in the blend means the cup is already sweet; taste before adding more and adjust only if you prefer a noticeably sweeter brew.
