You'll need

  • 1 tea bag of Twinings Calm
  • 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
  • A little honey, to taste (optional)

Method

  1. Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water.
  3. Steep for a full 5 minutes to draw out the camomile and lemongrass.
  4. Lift out the bag, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.
  5. Cover the cup while it steeps, as camomile gives more flavour kept warm.
What you'll end up with: A delicate camomile cup with a bright lemongrass lift and a little ginger on the finish, caffeine free.
