- 300ml water straight off the boil
- Sugar to taste
- Half a lemon
- A full glass of ice
- Brew 2 bags in 300ml of water straight off the boil for 4 minutes, then lift them out.
- Sweeten while hot so the sugar dissolves.
- Cool, then pour over a full glass of ice with the juice of half a lemon.

- 200ml water

- 1 large egg
