Read the ratio before you buy: this is 70 percent liquorice root with peppermint as the cooling counterweight, not a mint tea with a hint of sweetness. That makes it intensely, naturally sweet, a genuine calorie-free stand-in for a pudding if you love liquorice, and completely wrong for you if you do not, there is no halfway with that root. For the right palate it is one of the most moreish caffeine-free cups here; for everyone else, steer to the plain peppermint instead.
