For a sachet, the salted caramel is handled well: scorched sugar and butterscotch first, then a real late hit of salt that cuts through the creaminess instead of leaving it merely sweet, and a fine, lasting foam that gives it body. The coffee is mild by design, an anchor not a feature, so anyone wanting a real caffeine kick should look elsewhere; this is the dessert end of the shelf.
