Goplana began as a Poznań chocolate factory in 1911 and takes its name from the water nymph of Lake Gopło. We stock two of its Grześki wafer bars, one milk chocolate-coated with hazelnut cream and one chocolate-coated with cocoa cream, because Colian calls Grześki the country's most popular wafer and it is a different bar from anything else on our shelf.
