Strawberry Rooibos Spritz
An alcohol free spritz on fruity rooibos with lemon, raspberry syrup and sparkling water, finished with fresh strawberries.

A grown up soft drink worth keeping in mind: an alcohol free spritz on fruity Rooibos, sharpened with lemon and a little raspberry syrup, then lengthened with sparkling water. Because rooibos has no caffeine, you can have a couple without it keeping you up, which makes it a good one to offer anyone not drinking. Shaking it over ice gives it a lively, frothy lift before the fizz goes in.
