You'll need
- 1 sachet of Tropical Sun Instant Ginger
- 200ml hot water (just off the boil)
- A slice of lemon, to taste (optional)
Method
- Tip the sachet into your cup or mug.
- Pour over the hot water.
- Stir until fully dissolved, about 20 seconds.
- Add a slice of lemon if you like, and drink straight away.
- Being instant, it dissolves well in water at 90C rather than a full boil; the ginger heat and sweetness are unchanged.
