Choco Spice Latte (Yogi Tea Organic Choco)
A cosy choco spice latte built on Yogi Tea Organic Choco with frothed milk and honey, like a lighter hot chocolate.

This makes a lighter hot chocolate from Yogi Tea Organic Choco: brew it strong, top with warm frothed milk and a little honey, and the Cocoa and chai like spice come through as a comforting, chocolatey mugful, without the heaviness of a proper hot chocolate.

You'll need
- 2 tea bags of Yogi Tea Organic Choco
- 150ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, to taste
- A pinch of ground cinnamon or grated chocolate, to finish
Method
- Steep the 2 tea bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes to make a strong, cocoa rich brew, then lift them out.
- Warm the milk in a small pan or the microwave, then froth it with a whisk or frother until foamy.
- Stir the honey into the hot choco brew.
- Pour the brew into a large mug, then top with the warm frothed milk.
- Finish with a pinch of cinnamon or a little grated chocolate and serve straight away.
- Stir in a half teaspoon of coconut sugar instead of honey; its molasses note deepens the cocoa, as in a real hot chocolate.
