Office tea is procurement, inclusion and storage in one small cupboard. The cheapest bag is not the best system if it goes stale, runs out unpredictably or excludes half the team.

Calculate demand before buying bulk

Count staff, average tea drinkers, cups per working day and remote-office patterns. Ten people averaging two cups on three office days use about 60 bags a week; 400 lasts roughly six to seven weeks. A mostly remote team may take far longer and needs a smaller box.
