Exact quantities, then the method.
This might be the most refreshing jug in the book. Twinings Digest is peppermint-led, so iced and sharpened with lemon it drinks like a cool Moroccan-style mint tea, with no caffeine in it at all.

Makes a jug for four. Brew it strong, chill it down, then pour long over ice with lemon and mint.
You'll need

- 800ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- Plenty of ice
Method
- Brew strong: steep the 4 bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes, then lift them out.
- Stir in the honey while warm if using, then leave to cool and chill.
- Pour the chilled tea into a large jug and add the lemon juice.
- Add the lemon slices and mint, top with plenty of ice, and serve in tall glasses.
- Drop in extra fresh mint as it chills to deepen the cooling note.
