You'll need

4 tea bags of Twinings Buttermint
300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
2 tablespoons honey
150ml milk or oat milk

Method

Brew very strong: steep the 4 bags in the boiled water for 6 minutes, then lift them out.
Stir the honey into the warm tea until it dissolves, then leave to cool.
Mix in the milk for a creamy finish.
Pour into the lolly moulds, add the sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To release, dip the moulds in warm water for a few seconds and pull gently.
For a richer lolly, use full-fat milk or a small splash of single cream in place of some of the milk.

What you'll end up with: A lolly that eats like mint ice cream, with a sweet butterscotch edge, a real treat.
