- 200ml water at 80 degrees
- A slice of lemon, optional
- Boil the kettle and leave it to stand for three or four minutes, or add two tablespoons of cold water to the empty cup first.
- Pour 200ml over one bag and steep for two minutes.
- Agitate the bag properly before lifting it out, so the suspended matcha leaves the bag instead of staying in it.
- Drink clear, or with a slice of lemon. No milk.
