01Do gift cards expire?
No. Once you buy it, the balance is good forever. No monthly fees, no inactivity charges, no fine print.
02Can I send one as a present?
Yes. Pick a future date and the email lands on the morning of their birthday, Christmas, anniversary, whatever. Or print the card and put it in a physical card.
03Can it be used on subscriptions?
Yes. Subscribe & Save and the Tea of the Month Club both accept gift card balance. Recurring orders draw down the balance until it runs out, then revert to the card on file.
04What if they spend more than the card value?
The gift card balance applies first, then the rest goes on their card. They never get charged twice.
05Can I combine multiple cards?
Yes, up to 5 gift cards on a single order. Useful for school fundraiser scenarios where parents pool gifts.
06I lost the email, can you resend it?
Yes. Forward your order confirmation to hello@teas.co.uk and we will resend the gift card email within 4 working hours.
