Carr's is the Carlisle cracker maker behind Table Water crackers, and the Melts range adds a richer, flakier cracker. The selection box brings the range together for the cheeseboard.

- A soft cheese such as brie
- A mature cheddar
- A blue cheese
- Grapes and a sweet chutney
- Take the cheeses out of the fridge half an hour before serving.

- 100g blue cheese
- 1 ripe pear
- A little honey
