Loacker is the South Tyrolean wafer maker founded in 1925, when the pastry maker Alfons Loacker set up his own bakehouse in Bolzano, and it is still a family business. We stock three of the 90g Classic packs, Napolitaner Hazelnut, Vanilla and Double Chocolate, each three crisp wafers around two layers of cream, because a wafer is the lightest thing to put beside a cup.
