Iced Berry And Lemon Pitcher (Twinings Defence)

Twinings Defence makes a great looking iced tea: chilled, it pours a deep ruby red, and the elderberry and blackcurrant turn into a tart, fruity jug that a squeeze of lemon brightens up. No caffeine, so drink it all day.

  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

  2. Stir in the honey while warm if using, then leave to cool and chill.
  3. Pour the chilled tea into a large jug and add the lemon juice.
  4. Add the lemon slices and berries, top with plenty of ice, and serve in tall glasses.
