You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Lemon and Ginger
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Honey, optional, to taste
- A slice of lemon, optional
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger comes through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Stir in a little honey and add a slice of lemon to lift the citrus.
- Sip warm and enjoy the bright, gingery cup.
- Stir the honey in while the tea is hot; it dissolves into the ginger instead of pooling at the bottom.
