Boiling water, a steady four to five minutes, then milk to your liking.
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of True English Tea Everyday Breakfast
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A splash of milk
- Sugar to taste (optional)
Method
- Boil fresh water and pour it over the bag at a full 100C.
- Steep for 4 to 5 minutes so it comes up to full strength.
- Press the bag against the side of the mug, then lift it out.
- Add milk, and sugar if you take it.
- Do not rush it; a short brew tastes thin and watery.
