How long does UK shipping take?

Standard tracked Royal Mail is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch (free over £35). Most weekday orders placed before 2pm are packed the same day.

RETURNS

Can I return tea?

Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. We cannot resell opened food products, but if something has gone wrong, tell us and we will look at it properly.

A tea I love is out of stock.

Email us with the product name and we will check the line, the supplier position and the likely ETA. If it is a brand we still carry, we can usually give you a sensible answer.
