Brewing Twinings Calm (Camomile, Lemongrass and Ginger)
How to brew Twinings Calm: just boiled water and a good steep for a soft, floral camomile cup with lemongrass.

Twinings Calm is a caffeine free herbal led by camomile, with lemongrass brightening the middle and a little ginger on the finish. Being floral and delicate, it likes a proper five minute steep in just boiled water to come through fully.

- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A little honey, to taste (optional)
Method
- Pop the bag into your favourite cup or mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water.
- Steep for a full 5 minutes to draw out the camomile and lemongrass.
- Lift out the bag, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy. No milk needed.
- Cover the cup while it steeps, as camomile gives more flavour kept warm.
