Flavour begins at the farm.Fine-flavoured cocoa, carefully fermented and lightly roasted, carried into flakes and powders designed for a serious cup.
Lee, curator at teas.co.uk

“Islands is for the moment when cocoa powder no longer feels enough. The flakes make a richer, slower cup; the Classic and Mint powders are the easier everyday route. What matters is that the cocoa story remains visible rather than disappearing behind sugar.”

About Islands Chocolate

The story begins in 2011 with an effort to regenerate cocoa farming in St Vincent. The Saint Vincent Cocoa Company developed farms, a nursery, processing infrastructure and a local chocolate kitchen, creating an agricultural industry around fine-flavoured cocoa.

Islands Chocolate launched in 2018 as the UK-facing chocolate brand. Today it grows cocoa on its St Vincent farms and works with selected ethical partners, using farming, fermentation and origin knowledge to shape flavour before the cocoa reaches the chocolatier.
