Turmeric Chai Hot Toddy
A warming winter toddy: strong turmeric chai with whisky, honey and lemon, the chai spices playing into the whisky.

A hot toddy and spiced chai are a natural match: the cardamom, ginger and cinnamon in the chai sit beautifully with whisky, honey and lemon. Brew the turmeric chai strong, stir in honey while it is hot, then add a measure of whisky and plenty of lemon, with a clove studded orange slice to round it out.
