 1 bag in 200ml just boiled water. Steep 5-10 minutes (longer = more colour and tartness). Sweeten with sugar or honey.

 2 bags in 1L cold water. Refrigerate 8-24 hours. Strain. Add sugar to taste. Optional: add rum for adult version. Serve over ice.
