Refund and Returns Policy
Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your tea must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.
Non returnable items:

Perishable goods (opened tea or food items).

Gift cards.

Personal care items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at hello@teas.co.uk
Shipping Returns To return your product, please mail it to: SHOP AT WWW.TEAS.CO.UK LTD, 72 Frant Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5LR. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
