To be eligible for a return, your tea must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.\nNon returnable items:\n\nPerishable goods (opened tea or food items).\n\nGift cards.\n\nPersonal care items.\n\nRefunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.\nExchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at hello@teas.co.uk\nShipping Returns To return your product, please mail it to: SHOP AT WWW.TEAS.CO.UK LTD, 72 Frant Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5LR.
