Vanilla Cream Soda Spritz Mocktail (Twinings Vanilla Black Tea)

You'll need

• 3 tea bags of Twinings Vanilla Flavoured Black Tea
• 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
• 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, or to taste
• 200ml chilled soda water
• A splash of milk, optional
• Plenty of ice

Method

1. Steep 3 tea bags of the vanilla black tea for 4 minutes in the boiled water, then discard them.
2. Stir in the sugar while warm so it dissolves, then leave to cool and chill well.
3. Ice two tall glasses and pour half the chilled vanilla tea into each.
4. Top each vanilla glass with chilled soda; a gentle stir.
5. Float a little milk on top for a cream soda look, and serve straight away.
6. Pour the floating milk slowly over the back of a spoon to keep it a white layer; that cream soda look is most of the effect.
