Tropical Green Tea Punch

You'll need

Method

  1. Rest the boiled kettle for about 90 seconds, then steep three bags in 300ml of roughly 80C water for 3 minutes. Lift the bags out without squeezing and let the tea cool.
  2. Pour the cooled tea into a large jug or bowl and stir in the fruit juice.
  3. Add plenty of ice and the sliced fruit.
  4. Top with the sparkling water or lemonade just before serving, stir gently, and ladle into glasses with mint.
  5. Float a fruit filled ice ring or a block of frozen juice in the bowl; it chills the punch far longer than cubes.
