Evening Infusion Latte

Method

  1. Warm your mug. Steep two tea bags in just 100ml of just boiled water for five minutes, covered, for a strong concentrate.
  2. Lift out the bags, press gently, and stir the honey into the concentrate.
  3. Heat the milk until steaming but not boiling, and froth until smooth.
  4. Pour the concentrate into the mug and top with the frothed milk.
  5. Tip: use whole milk for the creamiest result, or a barista oat milk to keep it dairy free.
