Spiced Chai Hot Chocolate

Method

  1. Steep the bag in 120ml rolling boil water, covered, for 5 minutes for a strong spiced concentrate, then squeeze and remove.
  2. Drop the chopped chocolate into the hot concentrate and stir until fully melted; the spiced tea melts chocolate.
  3. Stir in the honey if you want it sweeter, then warm the milk in a small pan to just below a simmer.
  4. Pour the warmed milk into the chocolate chai mix, whisking gently to combine into a smooth, creamy drink.
  5. Pour into a mug, dust with cinnamon and float a marshmallow on top.
