Tetley Green Tea Latte

Method

  1. Rest the boiled kettle for about 90 seconds, then steep one bag in 80ml of roughly 80C water for 3 minutes to make a strong green concentrate. Lift the bag out without squeezing it.
  2. Warm the milk gently and froth it, either with a steam wand, a handheld frother, or by shaking it hot in a sealed jar.
  3. Stir the honey into the warm concentrate until it dissolves, then pour in the frothed milk.
  4. Finish with a little foam on top and a pinch of ginger or a drop of vanilla if you like.
  5. Heat the milk to about 65C, steaming not boiling; any hotter and it loses sweetness and the foam falls flat.
