                "Brew two tea bags in 100ml of water at around 80C for three minutes, then lift them out without squeezing.",
                "Stand the jug in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes to cool the tea right down.",
                "Peel and break the frozen banana into a few pieces and drop it in the blender.",
                "Add the spinach, avocado, milk and honey, then pour in the cooled tea.",
                "Pulse on low for twenty seconds to break everything down, then blend on high for about forty seconds until smooth and bright green.",
                "If it is too thick to pour, loosen it with a splash more milk and pulse again.",
                "Pour over a little ice and drink straight away, before the avocado dulls the colour."
