    "content_text": "You can get a matcha-style drink from ordinary loose-leaf green tea by grinding it fine and whisking it like matcha, rather than steeping and straining. Grind a little leaf to a powder, sift out the coarse bits, then whisk it with water just off the boil using a bamboo whisk until frothy.\n\nSource: Teas.co.uk.                 "Grind a teaspoon of loose green leaf to a fine powder in a spice grinder.",
                "Sift the powder into the bowl through a fine sieve to remove the coarse bits.",
                "Boil the kettle and let it cool to about 75C, then pour 60ml over the powder.",
                "Whisk hard with a bamboo whisk in a W motion for about thirty seconds, until frothy.",
                "Warm the milk until it just steams, then pour it slowly over the frothed tea.",
                "Sift the ground leaf before whisking; it is what keeps the drink smooth rather than gritty."
