How to Brew Twinings Pure Green Decaf (80C, 2 Minutes)

You'll need

• 1 tea bag of Twinings Pure Green Decaf Tea
• 200ml freshly boiled water, cooled to around 80C (check with a thermometer)
• A slice of lemon, to taste (optional)

Method

1. Bring the kettle to the boil and then down to about 80C for the decaf green tea; a thermometer or a temperature dial keeps it accurate.
2. Place the decaf green bag in your cup; water over it.
3. Steep for 2 minutes, no longer, to keep it smooth.
4. Lift the decaf green bag out unpressed, add a lemon slice if wanted, and enjoy.
