How to Brew Twinings Mango and Lychee Green Tea (80C, 2 Minutes)

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Twinings Mango and Lychee Green Tea
- 200ml freshly boiled water, cooled for about a minute (around 80C)
- A little honey, to taste (optional)
Method
- Boil the kettle, then let it stand for about a minute so the water drops to around 80C.
- Pop the bag into your cup and pour the water over.
- Steep for 2 minutes, no longer, to keep it smooth and let the fruit come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it, add a little honey if you like, and enjoy.
- For the most distinct fruit note, use water at exactly 80C; hotter water pushes the green base forward and masks the mango and lychee.
