How to Brew Lemon and Ginger Tea

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Dragonfly Organic Lively Lemon and Ginger
- 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 1 thin slice of fresh lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of clear honey, for the swirl
- 1 280ml mug, warmed
- 1 saucer for covering during steep
Method
- Warm your mug with a splash of hot water and pour it away.
- Add 250ml of water straight off the boil.
- Drop in the tea bag, cover with a saucer, and steep for five minutes to draw out the ginger heat.
- Lift the bag out, then add a fresh slice of lemon and stir in the honey while it is hot.
- Tip: grate in a little fresh ginger for more heat, or add a squeeze of fresh lemon for extra zing.
