Classic Warming Cup (Yogi Tea Organic Ginger, Orange with Vanilla)

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yogi Tea Organic Ginger, Orange with Vanilla
- 300ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A splash of milk, optional
- Honey, optional, to taste
Method
- Pop the tea bag in a big mug.
- Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the ginger, orange and vanilla come through.
- Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
- Drink as it is, or add a splash of milk to bring out the soft vanilla, and a little honey if you like.
- Sip warm and enjoy a comforting, gently sweet cup.
- Whole milk brings the vanilla forward best; the fat binds the vanilla and makes the cup creamy in a way plant milks cannot.
