Method

  1. Pop the tea bag in your favourite mug.
  2. Pour over the freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 5 minutes so the berry and root come through.
  3. Lift out the bag without squeezing it.
  4. Stir in a little honey to balance the tart berry zing, and add a slice of lemon if you like.
  5. Sip warm and enjoy the pretty, fruity cup.
  6. It brews deep reddish pink from the hibiscus and tart cherry; the strong colour shows the bag has steeped long enough.
