The Standard Cup of Tropical Sun Cerassie

You'll need

• 1 tea bag of Tropical Sun Cerassie
• 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
• 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, to taste
• A squeeze of lime, to taste

Method

1. Pop the bag into your cup and pour over the freshly boiled water.
2. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes, no longer, so the bitterness stays in check.
3. Lift out the bag, then stir in honey to soften the bitterness.
4. Add a squeeze of lime to brighten it, taste, and adjust the honey and lime until it suits you.
5. Cerassie is an acquired taste; first timers should add honey generously and start with lime, then reduce both gradually as the palate adjusts over subsequent cups.
