How to Brew Soursop Tea

Method

  1. Give the mug a quick warm with hot water, then empty it.
  2. Pour 200ml of just boiled water, at around 95C, straight over the tea bag.
  3. Cover with a saucer and let it steep for four minutes so the fruit flavour has time to develop.
  4. Press the bag gently against the mug as you lift it out; this herbal blend has no harsh tannins, so it will not turn bitter.
  5. Soursop is sweet on its own and caffeine free, so skip the milk and sugar; it makes a good evening cup.
