How to Brew Soursop Tea

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Dalgety Pure Soursop
- 200ml just off boil water (95C)
- 1 220ml mug, warmed
Method
- Give the mug a quick warm with hot water, then empty it.
- Pour 200ml of just boiled water, at around 95C, straight over the tea bag.
- Cover with a saucer and let it steep for four minutes so the fruit flavour has time to develop.
- Press the bag gently against the mug as you lift it out; this herbal blend has no harsh tannins, so it will not turn bitter.
- Soursop is sweet on its own and caffeine free, so skip the milk and sugar; it makes a good evening cup.
