                "Boil the water, add the 6 temples and steep 4 minutes only, then lift them out; a strong blend gives plenty of body in 4 minutes without bitterness.",
                "Return the brew to the pan with the sugar and the orange and lemon zest, and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.",
                "Simmer gently 5 minutes to a syrup that coats the back of a spoon, then stir in the orange juice and take off the heat.",
                "Cool, strain out the zest, and pour into a clean bottle.",
                "Hot cup: 1 part base to 4 parts just boiled water. Iced: 1 part base, 4 parts cold soda. It also makes a strong Earl Grey martini base, or a brush for sponge cakes.",
