                "Make a concentrate: steep 2 decaf temples in just 120ml just boiled water for 5 minutes. Two bags, little water and a longer steep give decaf enough strength to stand up to milk.",
                "Let the concentrate cool for a minute. Pouring plant milk into fiercely hot tannic tea is what makes it curdle.",
                "Heat the barista oat or soya to about 60C, steaming not boiling, then froth it.",
                "Stir the maple syrup into the tea concentrate, then pour the warm milk in slowly while stirring, not the other way round.",
                "Spoon the foam on top and dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.",
                "Because it is decaf, you can have it last thing with no caffeine to keep you up."
