Mint Hot Chocolate with Baileys

You'll need
- 4 heaped teaspoons of Islands Mint Hot Chocolate Powder (about 25g)
- 100ml whole milk
- 50ml double cream
- 35ml Baileys Original Irish Cream (or a vegan suitable Irish cream alternative)
- 1 fresh mint leaf, for the float
- 1 warmed 300ml mug
- 1 small saucepan
- 1 small balloon whisk
Method
- Warm a mug with hot water, then pour it away.
- Warm the milk and cream gently in a small saucepan until steaming, not boiling.
- Off the heat, whisk in the mint hot chocolate powder until smooth.
- Pour into the warmed mug.
- Stir in the Baileys and float a mint leaf on top.
- Tip: for an alcohol free version, just leave out the Baileys; it is a lovely mint hot chocolate on its own.
