Hibiscus Berry Sangria (Adult)

Method

  1. Steep the 4 bags in 300ml rolling boil water, covered, for 7 minutes for a strong, deeply ruby base.
  2. Lift the bags out and stir the honey through while warm. Cool then chill.
  3. In a big jug, combine the chilled hibiscus base with the brandy and the bottle of rose wine.
  4. Add the sliced peaches and strawberries and chill 30 minutes so the fruit infuses.
  5. Top with chilled lemonade or soda just before serving so the bubbles stay; add a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve over ice in big wine glasses, ladling a slice of peach into each.
