                "Set over medium-low heat and stir gently in slow circles as it warms, so the oats do not settle on the base.",

                "Shower in the chai powder and stir hard for thirty seconds until it is fully through and the porridge deepens in colour.",
                "Off the heat, stir the golden syrup through.",
                "Spoon into a warm bowl.",
                "Grate the apple, skin on, straight over the top, then scatter over the toasted almonds.",
