                "Make a concentrate: pour the just boiled water over the 3 temples in a covered cup and steep 8 minutes. Three bags, little water and a long covered steep give a chamomile base strong enough to carry milk.",
                "Lift the temples out and stir the vanilla and honey into the hot concentrate.",
                "Heat the barista oat or soya to about 60C, steaming not boiling, and froth it.",
                "Pour the chamomile concentrate into a cup, add the warm milk slowly while stirring, then spoon the foam on top.",
                "Sip it slowly; with no caffeine and a soft honeyed flavour, it's a comforting drink to end the day."
