Brewing Twinings Peace (Camomile and Rose)

You'll need

• 1 tea bag of Twinings Peace
• 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
• A little honey, to taste (optional)

Method

1. Slip the bag into a mug or cup of your choice.
2. Pour over the freshly boiled water.
3. Steep for 5 minutes to draw out the camomile and rose.
4. Lift the bag clear and enjoy, adding a little honey first if you want. No milk needed.
5. Stir the honey in while it is still hot, so it dissolves without dulling the rose.
