How to Make Black Tea with Lemon

You'll need

• 1 tea bag of Rochambeau Lemon Infused Black Tea
• 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
• 1 fresh lemon wheel

Method

1. Splash a little hot water around the mug to warm it, and pour that away.
2. Pour in 250ml of water at a rolling boil.
3. Lower the tea bag in, set a saucer over the top, and steep for four minutes.
4. Lift the bag out, then drop in a fresh wheel of lemon and give it a gentle press.
5. Drink it as it is; lemon and milk do not mix, so leave the milk out.
6. Tip: if you sweeten it, honey suits lemon tea better than sugar.
