How to Make Black Tea with Lemon

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Rochambeau Lemon Infused Black Tea
- 250ml freshly drawn water at 100C, just off the boil
- 1 fresh lemon wheel
- 1 250ml mug, warmed
- 1 saucer for covering during steep
Method
- Warm your mug with a splash of hot water and pour it away.
- Pour in 250ml of water at a rolling boil.
- Add the tea bag, cover with a saucer, and steep for four minutes.
- Lift the bag out, then drop in a fresh wheel of lemon and give it a gentle press.
- Drink it as it is; lemon and milk do not mix, so leave the milk out.
- Tip: if you sweeten it, honey suits lemon tea better than sugar.
