An Evening Cup of Yorkshire Tea Decaf
teas.co.uk · 6 min · Serves 1
You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yorkshire Tea Decaf
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- A splash of milk
- Sugar to taste (optional)
Method
- Boil fresh water and pour it over the bag at a full 100C. Decaf still needs proper heat to give its best.
- Steep for 4 to 5 minutes to draw out the flavour.
- Press the bag against the side of the mug, then lift it out.
- Add a little milk, and sugar if you like. With no caffeine, this is the cup for the end of the day.
- Decaf can taste flat if you hurry it, so always give it the full five minutes.
